FAQ

REV A
What information do you need to start a design project?
A description of the function or process, key dimensions or payloads, cycle-time targets, applicable standards, and any layout constraints. We help you formalize this into a design brief during requirement analysis.
Which CAD formats do you deliver?
Native Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks files, plus neutral formats (STEP, IGES), PDF drawing packages, and DWG/DXF for 2D. BOMs are delivered in Excel.
Can you work with our existing designs or legacy drawings?
Yes. We regularly re-engineer, optimize, and update legacy designs, including reverse engineering from physical parts or scans when drawings no longer exist.
Do you support us during fabrication?
Absolutely. Engineering support during prototyping and fabrication is part of our process, we respond to shop-floor queries, review deviations, and update drawings as needed.
How do you price engineering projects?
Depending on scope, we work on fixed-price packages for defined deliverables or hourly engagement for ongoing support. Every quote includes a clear scope of deliverables.
Do you handle confidential projects?
Yes. We sign an NDA before you share drawings and follow strict data-handling practices to protect your intellectual property.

Have a project in mind?

Send a short brief with sketches or specifications. You get a clear scope and a fixed quote, usually within one business day.
